 This school  is located in the village Chennur of  Palakurthy mandal of WARANGAL district. This school was established in the year 1954. Chennur was an Assembly constituency up to 2009. It is 60 km away from the District centre. This school is a SUCCESS school with Telugu and English as the media of instruction. It has a strength of around 400 pupils.This school has a great reputation for its discipline and quality of education. Teachers always try their best for the all-round development of the children. Well-qualified teachers are a great asset to this school. It has a computer lab with 11 computers and two qualified instructors.It also has a library and  a science lab. Each class is furnished with benches. With the help of the parents and donars it has procured these furniture recently. Students of this institution are getting good results and achieving seats in institutions like IIIT, APRJC and polytechnics.  A play ground of about five acres is a boon to us. Students play so many games daily in their games period. They are specialised in Kho-Kho and Kabaddi and participated in many district-level and state-level competitions and won many medals for the school.
      Inorder to meet the requierments of the students, this school has purchased Projectors and started digitalised teaching for the poor rural students from this academic year.
